Park Kyung-hye Battles Bathroom Mold for 4 Days in Her Studio Apartment: “I Even Lost My Bloating While Cleaning!”

Park Kyung-hye Battles Bathroom Mold for 4 Days in Her Studio Apartment:

Actress Park Kyung-hye has revealed the raw reality of living alone after six months of independence.

She shared the state of her bathroom, which had been neglected amidst her hectic schedule of filming movies, dramas, and working part-time jobs.

On May 17, a video was posted on her YouTube channel ‘Kyung-hye Bollae’ showing Park Kyung-hye taking on the task of cleaning and repairing her bathroom.

In the video, Park Kyung-hye confessed, “I’ve been living on my own for six months, but between filming and part-time jobs, I was always exhausted when I got home.” She added, “I kept putting off cleaning the bathroom, and it got to the point where I didn’t even feel clean while washing.”

The revealed bathroom was quite shocking, filled with mold and stubborn grime.

Determined to fix it, Park Kyung-hye prepared mold remover, a scraper, and silicone sealant to begin her mission.

She remarked, “On Reels, things get clean instantly after applying a product, but reality is completely different.” She noted that after enduring strong smells and repeating the process of removing and drying, it took a total of four days to finish.

After her four-day struggle, Park Kyung-hye completed a “hotel-grade” bathroom, even repairing the grout and silicone herself.

While satisfied, saying, “I could even sleep in the bathroom now,” she shared a valuable lesson for beginner solo-livers: “I realized deeply that the best way to clean is to not let the grime build up in the first place.”

Park Kyung-hye, who recently made headlines for living in a 6-pyeong studio with a deposit of 50 million won and monthly rent of 590,000 won, wrapped up her day with a small but certain happiness: treating herself to delivery food.
