Top Japanese model Yano Shiho revealed that she learned about makgeolli from actor Song Il-gook’s wife, who is a judge and the mother of the triplets.
In the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s ‘Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-staurant’, Yano Shiho was seen inviting Jang Yoon-jeong to her home.
Yano Shiho shared, “Whenever I go to the airport after filming, I always have jeon and makgeolli.” When asked how she first got into it and who taught her, she replied, “The judge, who is the mother of the triplets, taught me.”
Upon hearing this, Jang Yoon-jeong joked, “That’s a very lawful makgeolli.”
Meanwhile, while pairing soy-marinated crab brought by Jang Yoon-jeong with makgeolli, Yano Shiho strongly recommended the combination, asking, “Don’t Korean people eat soy-marinated crab and makgeolli together? You must try it. It’s really delicious.”
